I'm Curt, a graphic designer and illustrator based out of Upstate New York. My creative ideology centers around authenticity, dynamism, and illustrative elements.
My introduction to graphic design began while pursuing a B.F.A. in Graphic Design while at SUNY New Paltz, although I had been creating "mock" posters, logo, and apparel designs since I was in high school.
My passion for illustration since adolescence pushed me into a field that would have creative roots, and graphic design quickly answered that call. Following college, I immediately began my freelance journey as a graphic designer, and have been doing so for nearly two years.
I am currently looking for my next step into the design world with a full-time position. I am currently taking freelance clients for design and illustration work in my free time, so please be sure to reach out if you’re interested in working together.
Outside of design, my main past time is illustration. I primarily drawn Black characters and scenery as a "love letter" to my insecure childhood self. I frequently sell art at conventions around upstate NY, hoping that kids and teens in the future can now grow up without feeling like they never had any character that truly "felt" like themselves.
